Overview
Founded in 1925, Bronxville Field Club is now widely regarded as a family-oriented recreational and social hub in New York. In this field club, there are now 14 courts, 12 Har-Tru and two Hydro. The two Hydro courts have been available since 2005 for use from October to April under an air structure known as the Bubble. DAY Elevator & Lift installed a vertical platform lift for this social club.
The Challenge
Bronxville Field Club needed assistance from us to improve wheelchair accessibility within the clubhouse.
The Solution
Our team of technicians evaluated the area and decided to install the extremely versatile Savaria V-1504 vertical platform lift. They worked with the club’s architect to design and install this wheelchair lift in hoistway to service 3 levels.
